Aftermath of P106 orientation
Wow, what an amazing week for the seniors of P105 and juniors of P106… It was really really fun and a joy to watch how happy the juniors were when they perform during the MTV Video and cross-dressing day, when they go around IMU, from the auditorium to LT1 to atrium and to the canteen and when they played the treasure hunt games, detective game and telematch prepared by Sue Choo and Wee Yeaw. IMU was quite noisy in a good way because everyone can listen to all the 10 groups cheering away for signatures, entertaining the seniors and for motivation of the groups’ teamwork and spirit. Although IMU is under renovation and most of the places are restricted and hinder the possibility of more enjoyment for the juniors (like cheering from the atrium to the top floor, running around where everybody can see them, etc…), it is quite clear on how the groups’ showed sheer joy and excitement throughout the orientation week.
I’m just glad to know that most of the juniors had a very wonderful orientation and wished the orientation could continue, but I’m sure they will enjoy it again once the BPharm juniors come and when they do their own orientation for the P107 juniors. As for all the seniors and committee members, we really hoped that the juniors will cherish all those wonderful memories and experience, because orientation is just the start of uni life, and they may not experience it again… And hope if anything went wrong during the orientation week (some seniors treat the juniors harshly, strict when getting signatures and asked to do silly stuff by the seniors), hope they do not take it hard…anyway they can do the same next year…haha… For me, now is the start of my studies…got lots to catch up because have been enjoying and dreaming too long. Of course I’ll take time to relax oso lar… and overall, uni life is jus fun fun fun…
